walk without shoes

Remove those shoes you’re wearing.   While you’re at it, remove your socks.  Then, go for a long stroll with bare feet.  Notice how your heels to your toes feel as your feet glide across the cool ground.  Focus on the parts of your body that tingle every time you put your foot to the pavement or dirt.  Walking barefoot stimulates brain activity and body movement.  Try it, you’ll like it.
